The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phablet expected to launch anytime in coming months. Note 8 is Note 7’s successor, and it appears to be the most-anticipated smartphones of the year 2017 despite lasts years failure of Note 7. Rumors have surfaced online, each with different information regarding the release date of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. One rumor claims that Samsung will release the Note 8 smartphone in mid-August just like its predecessor, Note 7, which was launched August 19, 2016. However, another rumor warns us to expect a late release, going as far as up to September. Apparently, the South Korean OEM will only unveil Note 8 phablet at the IFA 2017 in September.

However, Tech experts argue that Samsung may launch the Note 8 in mid-August to counter iPhone 8’s release and give it an edge over the competitor.




Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Rumored specs and features

The Note 8 should boast of a dual camera setup. If this happens, the phone will be the first Samsung’s phone to have a dual camera. The Samsung Phablet is also anticipated to contain a massive 6.3-inch QHD and Infinity Display, which means approximately 0.6 inches larger than Note 7. Rife speculations that the upcoming Note 8 will have 6GB RAM backing up its processor also exists. Snapdragon 836 SoC is expected to power the phone, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 835, powering Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. It will have a Nougat Android version of 7.1.1 equipped with a 3500mAh battery coming with a quick charge, 2.0 charger. Note 8 will feature a 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera. The camera will support three times zoom, while the device as a whole will also support a Stylus Pen with improved features that include currency conversion and sentence language translation.
